Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into patties and place in a baking dish.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup with water and pour over patties.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
- Can substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of celery.
