Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in apple cider, buttermilk, and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in grated apple.
