A creamy and delicious chicken Alfredo made easily in your crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with forks and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Cook fettuccine separately according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken Alfredo over pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for better flavor.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
