- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Mix cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
