Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
