Easy-to-make appetizers with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Top each with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of rosemary.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, pressing edges to seal.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use high-quality brie for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
- Substitute with fig jam if cranberry sauce is unavailable.
