Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, peas, carrots, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
