- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, peas, carrots, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Substitute with cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
