- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- For extra flavor, add chopped bacon before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
