  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried thyme. Stir well.
