- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and pour heavy cream over them.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
