  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth in the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Use a potato masher to slightly mash the potatoes for a thicker consistency.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Cover and cook on low for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with extra cheese or green onions if desired.
