A simple and delicious chicken dish that’s perfect for any occasion. Tender chicken breasts cooked in a creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with pasta or rice.
Notes
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
