- 1 pack frozen potstickers (12 pieces)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 cups chopped bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bring broth and water to boil in a pot.
- Add garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drop in frozen potstickers. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
