- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
- Layer rice, beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce in a bowl.
- Serve immediately.
