Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush over rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for best results.
