Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  5. Place rolls on a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Mix minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush over rolls.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
