- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta shells and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
