- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the cooked ground beef mixture.
- Pour milk over the layers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
