- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or your favorite side.
