Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
