- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the sauce to thicken.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
