Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.

- Stir in paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Add bell pepper, carrots, and potatoes.
- Pour in beef broth and tomato paste.
