- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Return sliced chicken to the skillet.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh basil.
