Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  4. Stir spaghetti sauce into the cooked ground beef.
  5. Layer half the spaghetti noodles in a baking dish.
  6. Top with half the butter slices, cottage cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
