Description

A simple and delicious one-pot creamy garlic pasta recipe that’s quick to make and requires minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
  • 4 cups (950ml) vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp (30g) butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the broth and heavy cream, then stir well.
  4. Add the pasta, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is reduced.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
