Description

Delicious no-bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and pumpkin puree, coated in white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
