- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Stir well.
- Fold in flour and chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
