A delicious twist on classic banana bread with cinnamon sugar swirls for extra flavor.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
- Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Check doneness at 50 minutes to prevent overbaking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
