Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool before slicing.
