Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add pineapple, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned pineapple.
- Adjust honey for more sweetness if desired.
