Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix vegetables with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  3. Rub chicken breasts with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and remaining salt and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken, add vegetables around it, and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
