A quick and easy meal with juicy burgers and vegetables cooked in foil packets for minimal cleanup.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup baby potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.
- Divide potatoes, bell pepper, and onion among 4 large sheets of foil.
- Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and place a burger patty on top of each.
- Fold foil tightly around each packet to seal.
- Grill or bake for 25-30 minutes until burgers are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add cheese on top of burgers before sealing if desired.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
