Description

A quick and easy meal with juicy burgers and vegetables cooked in foil packets for minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Divide potatoes, bell pepper, and onion among 4 large sheets of foil.
  4. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and place a burger patty on top of each.
  5. Fold foil tightly around each packet to seal.
  6. Grill or bake for 25-30 minutes until burgers are cooked through and vegetables are tender.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Add cheese on top of burgers before sealing if desired.
