A delicious and hearty sandwich filled with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
- Spread mashed avocado over the chicken.
- Place the cheese slice on top of the avocado.
- Close the sandwich with the second bread slice.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole grain bread for a healthier option.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Replace cheddar with mozzarella if preferred.
