Description

A delicious and hearty sandwich filled with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer the sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
  3. Spread mashed avocado over the chicken.
  4. Place the cheese slice on top of the avocado.
  5. Close the sandwich with the second bread slice.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  7. Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm.
