- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm over pasta or rice.
