- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on the tortilla.
- Add the meat, sour cream, tomatoes, and onions.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly.
