Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 68 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, onions, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
