- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add vegetables and seasonings.
- Stir-fry for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.

- Swap chicken for tofu if vegetarian.
- Add extra vegetables if desired.
