Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the unbuttered sides.
  4. Layer roast beef and cheese between the bread slices, buttered sides out.
  5. Place in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm.
