- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz roast beef, thinly sliced
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the unbuttered sides.
- Layer roast beef and cheese between the bread slices, buttered sides out.
- Place in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
