Description
A simple and flavorful side dish made with potatoes and Lipton onion soup mix in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place cubed potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix over potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil and water over the potatoes.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir before serving.
Notes
- For crispier potatoes, broil in the oven for 5 minutes after slow cooking.
- Add chopped onions or garlic for extra flavor.
