- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, ketchup, and mustard.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or noodles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine to the sauce.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
