A simple and delicious one-pan dumpling bake that’s gone viral for its ease and flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 24 dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place dumpling wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon 1 tbsp of filling onto each wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers into half-moons and press edges to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and cook until bottoms are golden, about 2 minutes.
- Pour water into the pan, cover, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for another 5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use store-bought dumpling wrappers for convenience.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- For a crispier texture, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
